Calculation inputs
FreightMetria processes calculator inputs locally in your browser. Shipment values are not sent to a calculation API or backend calculation service. Normal form use does not create an account or save a shipment record on a server.
This does not mean that visiting the website leaves no technical information. Delivering a website involves requests to its host, and the host may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and other connection information under its own practices.
Local preferences
The website may store benign preferences on your device, such as preferred units or a dimensional divisor. Shipment details are not saved to local storage by default. These preferences are specific to the browser and can be removed through its site-data controls.
The calculators continue to work if local storage is unavailable. Removing site data may reset your preferred units.
Shared calculation URLs
Using Share creates a URL containing calculation state. Anyone who receives the URL may be able to read or restore those entered values. A copied link can also be retained in browser history, messages, link previews or request logs when it is opened.
Do not put confidential shipment information, customer information or secrets into values that you plan to share. Copying a result or printing it creates a copy under your control; manage that copy appropriately.
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics is disabled in this site configuration. Advertising integration is disabled in this site configuration.
Third-party analytics or advertising, if enabled, can introduce additional network requests, device storage and service-specific data processing. The operator must update these disclosures and configure any required consent mechanism before enabling those services. Calculator access does not depend on advertising being enabled.
Links to other websites
Source links take you to equipment providers or other external websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not control what those websites collect.

This page should be updated when the website’s data handling changes. Its last-updated date identifies the current disclosure version.
